AIIDBIOA stands for welfare, respect and dignity of Officers working in IDBI Bank.AIIDBIOA is affiliated to All India Bank Officers' Association (AIBOA).At present 9,500+ members (Officers) are a part of the above mentioned organization. Grades of Members in AIIDBIOA range from "A" to "F" and also "ED".

The General Secretary of AIIDBIOA was part of the Monitoring Committee as set up by the said MOU, along with Deputy Managing Directors of IDBI Bank Ltd.
